The Tubus Disco Carrier is the solution to most difficult rack applications when a disc caliper is located in a position where the mounting braze-on for the drop-out should be.
Utilizes a QR Skewer and spacers (all included) for the lower attachment and Tubus legendary struts up top.
Load capacity is 25kg or 55lbs.
Cro-Mo black powder coated.
Weighs 658 gms or 1.45 lbs.

I have a Liv Thrive 0 (Giant woman specific) city bike [ link at http://www.edinburghbicycle.com/products/liv-thrive-0-disc-15] will this fit that bike thanks.

"Hi Maxine Ross,
Thanks for your enquiry, the Tubus Disco pannier Rack will work with your Thrive disc bike. This rack works well but as its fixed through the hub it can be pulled out of position or moved should you need to remoive the wheel.
A more permanent rack that uses both the rack mounts on your bike would be the Tortec transalp or similar
